Our live and interactive webinars cover a range of topics to help you deliver digital skills programs like Be Connected in your community. These webinars are typically hosted by Good Things Foundation and can be accessed using Zoom.

Regular webinars

Our regular webinars are typically held monthly and are specifically designed for members of the Be Connected Network. Come along to learn more about our programs and how to support people to learn digital skills. We also run helpful and interactive sessions about CaptureIT so you know what to do when it comes time to report on your grants.

Our regular webinars are best viewed live as we have a number of interactive components and include information about our active programs and grants. Due to this, we are unable to offer recordings of these sessions.

Community of Practice: An update by eSafety on the testing of machine translations.

In the May Community of Practice session, eSafety team will present a trail on how to deliver translations on the Be Connected website. The idea is to discuss the approach to the trial and where it might lead us in the future. We’d love to hear your feedback and answer your questions about this relevant topic.

Free webinars are available for digital mentors working in community organisations like libraries, community centres and disability service providers. Free webinars are also available for parents and supporters of young adults with intellectual disability. Delivered in partnership with Down Syndrome Australia.

The Office of the eSafety Commissioner host free webinar presentations to help older Australians stay safer online. It’s their way of helping the 4 million older Australians that are keen to improve their digital literacy but want help addressing online safety concerns.
